• Embracing the Duality: You understand that grief isn’t something to be “fixed” or rushed through, and you are open to exploring where gratitude, meaning, or hope met you in the messiness.

• Expanded Views of Grief: Your story doesn't have to be solely about the death of a loved one. We regularly explore grief of identity (parenthood, divorce, career shifts), migratory grief (moving across countries/cultures), perinatal loss, chronic illness, and unmet life expectations.

• Authenticity & Truth: We value genuine human connection far above vanity accolades or inflated marketing claims. We want your real voice and your honest truth.

• A Familiarity with the Show: We prioritize guests who have taken the time to listen to our conversations and understand the intuitive, heart-centered rhythm of the podcast.
